We're excited to announce the opening and new hours of our tasting room and bottle shop right here at Humboldt Distillery!

We're located downtown at 735 10th Street in Fortuna, CA.

Starting November 1st, we'll be open Tuesday through Thursday from 3pm-5:30pm. Tastings are just $5, and if you're planning to do a little shopping, we'll apply the $5 tasting fee as a credit to your merch or bottle purchase! Looking for something special? Grab one of our pre-made gift baskets, or choose a few bottles and merch items to build your own.

Although we're known for producing California's best-selling organic vodka, we also have a variety of unique spirits, all of which can be found and purchased at our distillery. Our variety of spirits includes:
